You earn Rep points by promoting Karmaloop, Brick Harbor, MissKL, Kazbah and PLNDR along with your Rep Code that customers enter when they checkout. We suggest posting your Rep Code in social media profiles, tweets, IMs, emails, and on blogs, as well as on flyers or anything else you can create to get the word out. The more you hustle, the more points you can rack up! What is the conversion for points to cash or a gift code towards clothes?
You earn 50 points for every $10 that people spend using your Rep Code. Earn 25 points for every $10 that people spend using your Rep Code combined with a Promo Code (example: the current code on the site for a discount or free shipping). You can use your points towards cash for your pocket or for fresh clothes on your back. The point value and what you get back changes according to whether you choose a Gift Code or cash. If you choose a Gift Code, it’s worth more in value than cash, so choose wisely! What are some other ways to earn points?
Aside from sales, as an Active Rep you can also earn points by submitting sticker, flyer, and banner designs. You have the chance to win 250 points towards cash or 375 points towards clothes. You can also submit street team pictures for a chance to win 200 points towards cash or 300 points towards clothes. On top of that, winning monthly contests can also help you earn points and/or Gift Codes. If you have any ideas on other ways to earn points, let us know! How do I view my points?
Log into your account and scroll down to where it says “View Your Point History” in order to see all of your accumulated points. By clicking on “Redeem Your Points” you can convert them to cash or use them for clothing. How long do points remain Pending for? What determines if points are approved or canceled?
Points can remain pending for up to 21 business days. That means they are chillin’ and being stored for you until they are approved. We just need to make sure that all sales are 100% successful and all aspects of the order are successful. This means that the payment has been processed, the order has reached its destination and there are no returns. We have an automatic system that makes sure of this and once the sale is 100% successful, the points will be “approved” and available for you to redeem! In the event an order placed with your Rep Code is canceled, the pending points from that sale will be canceled as well. Why were my points canceled?
A Rep that has been inactive for a 90-day period will have their unredeemed points canceled on the 90th day of inactivity. Remember, you only need to make $50.00 in sales within a 90-day period to remain active, so get to work! Please note that any points earned by an Active Rep have to be redeemed within 180 days or they will be canceled. You earned the points so hook yourself up or a friend! I just used my own rep code on a purchase so why didn’t I earn any points?
You can't earn points for your own purchases but you will still get the discount. After all, the whole point of the program is to spread awareness and bring new people to Karmaloop so share the love! REDEMPTIONSWhat is the conversion for points to cash or a gift code towards clothes?

How do I convert my points into a gift code?
It’s simple! Just sign into your account and click on “Redeem Your Points.” There you can choose how you would like to use your accumulated points. To issue yourself a Gift Code, simply choose that option. Once you issue your Gift Code, your account will automatically be updated and it will be stored in your account for you to reference and use whenever you’d like! You also have the option to use your points to issue your Gift Code to a friend and hook them up! How do I use my Gift Code?
Once your code is successfully issued, you will be able to use it towards purchases at Karmaloop.com, BrickHarbor.com, MissKL.com, Kazbah.com, or PLNDRlndr.com by typing in your Gift Code at time of purchase in the space that says “Promo Code/Gift Code.” Can I consolidate or combine Gift Codes?
Yes, this is actually done automatically for your convenience. After you have issued your first Gift Code, any new Gift Code will automatically add more value to that same existing code whenever your choose the “Send Myself a Gift Code”& option. If you have two separate Gift Codes and would like them combined, please contact customer service, or the team at krp@karmaloop.com with the Gift Codes you wish to combine.
Can I issue a gift code to somebody else?
Yes, just choose the “Send Gift Code to a Friend” option and enter their email. Then you can pat yourself on the back for being such a good friend! How do I convert my points to cash?
You can only redeem your points for cash once you have acquired 15,000+ points. We lowered the threshold from 50,000+ points to make it easier to get that loot! Uncle Sam and the IRS requires you to submit your W9 (US Reps) or W-8BEN (International Reps) tax forms to our accounting department in order to redeem any points so make sure you send 'em our way! Once you have built up the required number of points and would like to redeem them for cash, please sign into your account, choose "Redeem Your Points" and then select the PayPal payment option. Please make sure that your PayPal address is tied to your Karmaloop Rep email address. If it is not, please update your email address in your account under "Edit My Profile". When will I receive my cash PayPal payment?
Payments are sent out for processing on the first and third Monday of every month. Payment will follow one to three business days later.
Why haven't I received my PayPal payment yet?
Please make sure that you have submitted your W9 (US Reps) or W-8BEN (International Reps) tax forms to receive payment. Once you complete the form, save it and email it back to our accounting department. SUBMISSIONSHow do I win Gift Codes for submitting creative content?
Each month we will select the most creative banner, flyer, sticker, or street team pic and post it. The winner will then receive a Karmaloop, Brick Harbor, MissLK or PLNDR Gift Code. Winners will be announced on the 1st Monday of every month (unless it falls on a holiday) via our @KarmaloopKRP Twitter account. Why can't I submit or upload any creative content?

An Active Rep is any rep who has successfully made $50.00 in sales during any 90-day period. Reps may not submit or upload any creative content onto any Karmaloop Rep Program website unless they have made a minimum of $50.00 in sales during any 90-day period.

Get back out there and do your thing! Rep harder than ever and reap the rewards! Once you've successfully made $50.00 in sales in any 90-day period, your account will become active again, and you'll be back in the game! What are the guidelines for submitting creative content?
Banners: Maximum of 2 banners that must include YOUR rep code as well as the Karmaloop, Brick Harbor, MissKL, Kazbah, and PLNDR website addresses. How long does it take for submissions to be approved?
It generally takes one to two business days for submissions to be approved. GENERAL REP INFOWhat will customers receive as a discount after I direct them to your site?
They will receive 20% off of their first purchase on Karmaloop, Brick Harbor, MissKL, and Kazbah and 10% off of every other purchase after that. If they combine the Rep Code with a Promo Code (example: the current code on the site for discounts or free shipping), the Rep Code will take another 1% off and you will still get credit for the sale. On PLNDR, customers will receive 10% off on every purchase. If they combine the Rep Code with a Promo code the Rep Code will take another 1% off and you will still get points for the sale. Can I order flyers/stickers from Karmaloop, Brick Harbor and PLNDR?
Yes, but you will have to generate $150 worth of sales before we will send you stickers and/or flyers. You can print out your first round of flyers yourself and add your Rep Code to it, or send it out via email to gain some attention. Another good idea is to post your Rep Code on blogs and profiles on social networks. Any creative way to get your code out there and rep the Karmaloop sites will earn you points when someone uses it! If you have reached this threshold and would like some flyers, please email us at krp@karmaloop.com. My rep code doesn't seem to be working. What's wrong with it?
If your Rep Code is not generating the discounted amount, please check with your people and make sure they are: a) using the right code; b) not using the code in conjunction with other promotional codes c) entering it in the correct place d) not using the code on a limited edition item or on brands that don’t allow the use of Rep Codes. They should enter your code in the space that says “Rep Code” NOT “Promo Code/ Gift Code”. What are some great ways to be a Top Rep?
The best Reps post their Rep Codes on their blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr, YouTube videos they make, and even in their email signature. Be creative, be inventive, and be the best Rep you can be! The more you get your Rep Code out there, the better the chance it will be used and you will earn points!
